Scope & Changes

Each project proposal defines the scope of work clearly. Anything not explicitly listed in the proposal is considered out of scope — including content creation, copywriting, photography, illustration, logo design, and branding.

If additional requirements emerge during development, they are scoped and quoted separately before work begins. No additional work is undertaken without written agreement on scope and cost.

Scope changes mid-project may affect the timeline and require a revised estimate. The earlier a change is communicated, the less disruption it causes.

Warranty

All development projects include a one-month warranty period following the agreed launch date. During this period, any bugs or issues directly caused by the development work will be fixed at no additional charge.

The warranty is void if third parties — including the client's own team, other developers, or agency partners — make changes to the site (theme files, plugin settings, database, or server configuration) without prior coordination. If you need to make changes during the warranty period, please get in touch first.

After the warranty period, ongoing support is available through a maintenance plan or quoted per request.

Client Responsibilities

Content

The client is responsible for providing all text, images, documents, and other content required for the site — in the agreed format and within the agreed timeline. Delays in content delivery may affect the project schedule.

Proofreading

All text content is the client's responsibility to proofread and approve before launch. Development work does not include editorial review, grammar checking, or translation.

Copyright & Licensing

The client is responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary rights to all content supplied — including images, fonts, logos, and text. Any licensing costs for third-party assets are the client's responsibility.

Feedback & Approvals

Timely feedback at each milestone is essential to keep the project on track. If feedback is delayed beyond two weeks without prior notice, the project may be paused and rescheduled.

Hosting & Domain

The client is responsible for arranging and paying for hosting and domain registration unless explicitly included in the project proposal. Hosting must be set up before development begins. For a comparison of recommended hosting providers, see Hosting Options →

Fonts

Base scope includes Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts only. Custom or licensed typefaces must be sourced and licensed by the client independently. Integration into the site is included once the font files are provided.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed per project and stated in the proposal. Standard structure: a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to project milestones.

Clients with limited budgets are welcome to discuss phased delivery and flexible payment arrangements.

Rates & Currency

The standard development rate is 230 NIS/hour. For international clients, the USD equivalent is fixed at the exchange rate stated in the proposal. Extended timeline rates are confirmed in advance.

Proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Accessibility

Accessibility work is split into two parts:

Part A — Technical setup (included in base scope)

Installation and configuration of Ally by Elementor (accessibility widget). Semantic HTML structure, keyboard navigation, ARIA labels on interactive elements, and colour contrast compliance for all developer-built components.

Technical accessibility setup does not constitute legal compliance. A full WCAG audit, compliance certification, and legal liability for accessibility standards are not included and are not provided as part of development services.

Part B — Content accessibility (additional scope)

Alt-texts for images, captions for video, and per-page content review. This depends on content provided by the client and is quoted separately based on page count and image volume.

Additional Work

Any work not listed in the original proposal is scoped and quoted separately before starting. Nothing is added to the scope without written approval.
